When sending me your watch for a free estimate, please include a check or money order made out to "Watch Repair Doctor" in the amount of $12.00 for insured (up to $500.00) return shipping. Also include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any information concerning the watch's problem. Once we receive your watch, we will call or e-mail you an estimate for the cost of the repair.
